Prices of Student Residences Albacete - Course 24/25

 

If you are interested in staying with us you will have to make a reservation of 300 €. If you sign the contract, this is considered part of the deposit to be paid when you sign the lease contract.

Please note:

• Electricity consumption will be regularised if there is an excess of more than 10% of the total billed.
• Prices include VAT.

Method of payment: Direct debit for monthly payments in advance. For other payment methods, please consult us.

Deposit: It is two months' rent (excluding utilities) of the chosen option (accommodation only, half board or full board).

Contract: To live in the Campus Residence Hall you must sign a rental contract.
